The Biggest Story is all about taking classic stories in the Bible and connecting them to Scripture’s overarching message about God’s glorious plan to redeem his rebellious people.

Today I'm reviewing the DVD and Audio Book.

First, the DVD was not what I expected. While they say it is animated, and it is, it is more pictures with the story being narrated. I had expected, and wish, it was more animated in telling the story. It wasn't that the images were bad, but I'm not sure it would really hold the attention of many children.

The images were more like stills from a book that were panned over with the narration. It was a little better than that sounds, but it's the best relation I can think of.

The audio book, on the other hand is narrated by best-selling author Kevin DeYoung and leads kids and parents alike on an exciting journey through the Bible, connecting the dots from the garden of Eden to Christ's death on the cross to the new heaven and new earth.

I enjoyed listening to this story. DeYoung has a calm and soothing voice, which made this enjoyable to listen to. My favorite of the two is the audio book for sure, not that the DVD is horrible. I think many children, especially those who enjoy audio stories, will enjoy this audio book.
