Finding Margo by Jen Turano was an interesting story about pop star Margo Hartman.
A grueling tour and overbearing entourage have sent her over the edge. She is ready for a break. She ends up disappearing in a small Dutch town in Ohio.
I thoroughly enjoyed the concept of this book. I found the plot to be interesting and a little quirky, which made for an enjoyable read. Having read about Amish towns in Ohio, this book was a nice blend between contemporary fiction and hint of Amish/Mennonite fiction.
I enjoyed reading about Margo and Brock and found their initial relationship interesting. Margo is a pop star in a small town and Brock is sheriff deputy. Both are undercover and then there is this resemblance between Margo and a local Amish woman.
This was a very enjoyable and interesting read. I loved the mix of suspense, humor, and quirkiness!
