I love reading and sharing my latest book with readers like you. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I am friends with many authors and also have a client relationship with many of them. This book may be one I received from a current or future client. Regardless of my relationship with the author, this review reflects my honest opinions of the book. For more information view my full disclaimer policy.

Adult coloring books are something I have a love/hate relationship with. I always get over ambitious and try to pick the most complex page thinking it won’t take me that long. I did it again with my latest  Indescribable Adult Coloring Book which is based on the song Indescribable by Laura Story and Chris Tomlin.

While the page took me way longer than I expected, this coloring book was one that made me reflect on the greatness of God.

The book is setup with lyrics from the song and different scenes to color. There is more text on some pages than others.

What I loved as I colored was the process of coming up with the intricate details and deciding what colors to make it. As I did this, it made me reflect on the creativity of God as He created the world. I remember using every bright color I had in my pencil box and still not having the variety of colors I wanted. This pushed me to use colors I typically wouldn’t and I still felt like I was lacking and was reminded that God was able to create everything and anything He wanted and never lacked like I did.

This easily became one of my favorite coloring books. It took me deeper than other adult coloring books have by helping me reflect on God’s creation.
